How do I get the best precision live?
Use MIXER mode (Settings → Input). It is the most precise, and it is the one to use live. The app has to receive the signal and send the percussion out at the same time, so connect an audio interface or mixer that gives it both an input and an output: it listens to the tempo of the band and plays the percussion in real time.
The tempo is double or half of what I play
Use the ÷2 / ×2 buttons next to the BPM, or tap the tempo with TAP. Some grooves are genuinely ambiguous (a straight groove at 50 BPM sounds like half-time at 100); the app never changes the octave by itself once the part has started.
The next song stays at the old tempo after silence
Tap STOP and then START to let it lock again. All analysis is in real time, without reading future audio. A sparse intro may need more time; TAP or FIXED lets you set the tempo.
No sound from the percussion
Check the output and volume, valid Pro access, START and the input level. With START NOW off, the part waits for a stable lock; PAUSE IF OFF can keep an unreliable part silent.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Virtual Percussionist. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
I subscribed on another device
On the purchase page shown at launch, or in Settings → PRO while access is active, tap Restore purchases.

Come ottengo la massima precisione dal vivo?
Usa la modalità MIXER (Impostazioni → Ingresso). È la più precisa ed è quella da usare dal vivo. L'app deve ricevere il segnale e inviare il suono delle percussioni nello stesso momento, quindi collega un'interfaccia audio o un mixer che le dia sia un ingresso sia un'uscita: ascolta il tempo della band e manda le percussioni in tempo reale.
Il tempo è il doppio o la metà di quello che suono
Usa i pulsanti ÷2 / ×2 accanto al BPM, oppure batti il tempo con TAP. Alcuni groove sono davvero ambigui (un groove dritto a 50 BPM suona come half-time a 100); l'app non cambia mai l'ottava da sola dopo l'entrata della parte.
Dopo un silenzio il nuovo brano resta al vecchio tempo
Premi STOP e poi START per farlo riagganciare. Tutta l’analisi è in tempo reale, senza lettura anticipata dell’audio. Un’intro poco ritmica può richiedere più tempo; TAP o FISSO permettono di impostarlo tu.
Le percussioni non suonano
Controlla uscita e volume, accesso Pro valido, START e livello d’ingresso. Con START SUBITO spento, la parte aspetta un aggancio stabile; PAUSA SE FUORI può tenere in silenzio una parte inaffidabile.
Come disdico l'abbonamento?
Su iPhone o iPad: Impostazioni → il tuo nome → Abbonamenti → Virtual Percussionist. Disdire mantiene l'accesso fino alla fine del periodo pagato.
Mi sono abbonato su un altro dispositivo
Nella pagina di acquisto mostrata all’avvio, oppure in Impostazioni → PRO con accesso attivo, tocca Ripristina acquisti.
